ÜNLÜCE AND ATAÇ MET WITH YOUNG PEOPLE AT THE CULTURE FAIR

Eskişehir Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Ayşe Ünlüce and Tepebaşı Mayor Ahmet Ataç visited the Culture Fair, which brought together young people from different countries. Visiting the country stands at the fair, Mayor Ünlüce and Mayor Ataç talked with the young participants and had the opportunity to discover the traditions, colours, and flavours of different cultures up close.

Organized in cooperation with Eskişehir Metropolitan Municipality, Tepebaşı Municipality, and AIESEC Eskişehir, the Culture Fair brought together young people from various countries around the theme of intercultural interaction.

Within the scope of the fair, young participants from different countries presented their nations' cultural values, traditions, local cuisines, music, dances, and lifestyles to visitors through the stands they prepared. Throughout the event, visitors had the opportunity to learn more about different cultures and meet with international young people.

Mayor Ünlüce and Mayor Ataç toured the Culture Fair together, visiting each country stand one by one and learning about the cultures and traditions of the young participants. Engaging in conversations with the youth, the two mayors shared in the vibrant and colourful atmosphere of the fair..

Speaking at the event, Eskişehir Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Ayşe Ünlüce stated that young people from different countries brought their own cultures to Eskişehir and said:

"You have brought the cultures of the countries you come from here as well. We have just seen your beautiful traditional clothing and tasted those unique flavours. This has been a gathering that truly reflects the spirit of AIESEC Eskişehir's hosting. I would like to thank you for your great participation in this event hosted by Eskişehir Metropolitan Municipality and Tepebaşı Municipality together with AIESEC Eskişehir. I hope that next year we will welcome more young people from more countries. We will always continue to support AIESEC Eskişehir. We are glad to have you, and we are happy that you came to Eskişehir."

Tepebaşı Mayor Ahmet Ataç welcomed the young participants from abroad to Eskişehir and highlighted his long-standing connection with AIESEC. Mayor Ataç said:

"I hope your time in Türkiye will be wonderful. When you return to your countries, sharing your impressions about Türkiye and, in a way, becoming tourism ambassadors for us will be very valuable. This is why we support you. For me, AIESEC is a very special organization with a history dating back many years. I would like you to know how much these kinds of initiatives are valued in Eskişehir. Once again, I warmly welcome all our young guests from abroad."

Organized to strengthen intercultural dialogue and promote mutual understanding between different cultures, the Culture Fair brought together Eskişehir residents and young people from various parts of the world at the same meeting point. The event, where the cultures, traditions, and colours of different countries came together, witnessed many vibrant moments.
