MAYOR ÜNLÜCE DID NOT TURN DOWN THE YOUTHS’ REQUEST

Eskişehir Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Ayşe Ünlüce met with young people at the Büyükşehir Osmangazi Youth Center, engaging in conversation and listening to their requests. Mayor Ünlüce also responded to students' study-related needs during exam periods. Normally closing at 8:00 PM, the study area will now remain open until 10:00 PM during exams, following the students' request.

Eskişehir Metropolitan Municipality continues to provide uninterrupted educational, cultural, and social services for youth. Within this scope, the Büyükşehir Osmangazi Youth Center--operating under the Department of Social Services' ESMEK, located at Büyükdere Neighborhood, Adaklı Street No:39, across from the ESOGÜ Meşelik Campus KYK Student Dormitory--supports students in various areas.

Students who benefit from the free laundry and drying services at the center expressed their satisfaction and thanked Mayor Ünlüce for the facilities provided, noting that these conveniences greatly ease campus life.

Moreover, Mayor Ünlüce addressed students' requests for study areas during exam periods. The study area, normally closing at 8:00 PM, will now remain open until 10:00 PM during exams, responding directly to the students' wishes.

Explaining the rationale behind the decision, Mayor Ünlüce said: "We are doing our best to help our students study more effectively. The success of our young people is very important to us. Their energy and ideas shape the future of our city. We are always by their side." The study area, which has received strong interest from students, is equipped with eight computers and internet access.
