MUSICAL FESTIVITY AS PART OF ''FRANCE DAYS''

As part of France Days held from December 10-12, organized in collaboration with the Eskişehir Metropolitan Municipality and the French Embassy, a special concert dedicated to Human Rights Day is set to take place in Eskişehir. The performance by the Metropolitan Municipality Symphony Orchestra will be held on Friday, December 12, at 8:00 PM at the Metropolitan Municipality Arts and Culture Center (Opera Hall). Speaking during rehearsals, French Ambassador Isabelle Dumont invited all residents of Eskişehir to attend this special concert.

On this special evening, the orchestra will be conducted by Maestro Rustam Rahmedovi, accompanied by guest soloist violinist Elif Ece Cansever. One of the highlights of the program will be French Ambassador Isabelle Dumont, who will take the stage with a cello performance.

Speaking during rehearsals prior to the concert, French Ambassador Isabelle Dumont expressed her joy at visiting Eskişehir for the second time. Highlighting the city's modern architecture and the beauty of the river flowing through it, Dumont said, "I visited Eskişehir for the first time last year and was very impressed. It is a very modern city with a beautiful river, which reminded me of French cities. I am very excited about the concert; I will be performing challenging pieces with the orchestra. I really enjoyed the rehearsals. We look forward to welcoming all residents of Eskişehir to this special concert."

Orchestra Conductor Rustam Rahmedov emphasized that he considers Eskişehir his second home, saying, "Eskişehir is very important to me; it feels like my second home. As a city, with its art, vision, and natural beauty, it is one of Turkey's gems--a true city of art. It is a great honor to perform here with the symphony orchestra. The project we especially prepared for Human Rights Day is truly meaningful. Having the French Ambassador with us in this concert is also a source of pride. We look forward to seeing all residents of Eskişehir with us on this wonderful evening."
