THE GOALBALL WOMEN'S NATIONAL TEAM IS PREPARING FOR THE CHAMPIONSHIP IN ESKIŞEHIR

Our Goalball Women's National Team is preparing for the European Championship to be held in Lahti, Finland, from September 28 to October 6, 2025, at the Eskişehir Metropolitan Municipality Sports Hall.

The women's national goalball team athletes will continue training at the Eskişehir Metropolitan Municipality Sports Hall until August 27. They will also be training in the evenings at the Şehit Tarkan Karaca Sports Hall under the guidance of national team coach Hüseyin Atmaca.

During this period, the team is meticulously working on its conditioning and technical training to achieve successful results in the championship.

Coach Hüseyin Atmaca said, "We are continuing our preparations in Eskişehir. We are in a very nice facility. We are continuing our work by training twice a day. Our women's team has won many championships. We want to represent our country in the best possible way by winning a gold medal at the championship to be held in Lahti, Finland. We are very grateful to our Mayor, Ayşe Ünlüce, and her team for the opportunities she has provided us."

The preparation period, hosted by Eskişehir Metropolitan Municipality, boosts team motivation and allows the athletes to work in harmony. The Women's National Goalball Team continues its training with great determination, aiming to represent our country in the European arena in the best possible way.
