Summer school at the Metropolitan Municipality ES Children's House Nursery concluded with great enthusiasm. Throughout the program, the children enjoyed an unforgettable summer filled with sports, arts, science, and fun. Mayor Ayşe Ünlüce, who gathered with the children and their families at the closing picnic, congratulated the children. Mayor Ünlüce emphasized the vital importance of summer courses for children's development and stated that the program provided an unforgettable experience.
The summer school program, which aims to support children's personal and social development, is built on values such as empathy, solidarity, independence, and communication. Sports activities included basic movement, introductory gymnastics, and swimming lessons, all conducted under the guidance of professional municipal instructors. In art workshops, children had the opportunity to freely express their creativity.
Education was further enriched by extending the classroom with various thematic excursions. Trips to many special locations, including a zoo, an underwater world, a fairytale castle, a science center, and a space house, provided both educational and fun experiences for the little ones. A horseback riding activity, also added to the program, provided a unique and exciting experience for children by connecting with nature.
At the family picnic, the closing event of the summer school, students had a great time playing games with their teachers and families. This activity provided the children with the opportunity to spend quality time with their families and play freely.
The activities didn't end there. Toys donated to the institution by the World Federation of Hairdressers were presented to the young students. The joy on the children's faces as they received their toys was a sight to behold.
ES Children's House Nursery is proud to have completed another summer school filled with great parental interest and joy.
