UNFORGETTABLE SPANISH NIGHTS CONCERT BY THE SYMPHONY ORCHESTRA
The special Spanish Nights concert held by the Eskişehir Metropolitan Municipality Symphony Orchestra this week attracted great attention. The unforgettable concert was conducted by conductor Murat Cem Orhan, with soloists Ayhan Uştuk (Tenor), Kağan Korad (Guitar) and Serkan İşcan (Percussion).
The concert featured works by many important composers such as I. Albeniz, M. de Falla, T. Barrera, and G. Bizet. The musical approach and powerful performance of esteemed soloists Ayhan Uştuk, Kağan Korad, and Serkan İşcan were greatly appreciated by art lovers. One of the most striking moments of the concert was the information shared by esteemed orchestra conductor Murat Cem Orhan about the dramatic composition process of Isaac Albénizs world-famous work Asturias (Leyenda). This impressive narrative provided the audience with the opportunity to establish an emotional bond with the piece.
At the end of the concert, the soloists returned to the stage with intense applause and performed A. Laras Granada and J. Rodrigos En Aranjuez con tu amor as an encore, giving the audience an impressive finale. The unforgettable concert ended with the presentation of a plaque.
The curtains were closed to reopen at the Symphony Orchestra concert to be held at the Atatürk Culture, Arts and Congress Center on Friday, May 30, 2025 at 20:00.
