EXCITING MOMENTS AT THE SPORTS FEST

“ETİ Lifalif 5th International Eskişehir Half-Marathon and Sports Fests” has started in Sazova Science Culture and Art Park. The Sports Festival, held on the first day of the giant organization, brought together thousands of athletes and sports fans from 7 to 70 with colorful events full of sports and entertainment. Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Ayşe Ünlüce, who attended the festival, visited the stands one by one and accompanied the children in sports activities.

“ETİ Lifalif 5th International Eskişehir Half Marathon and Sports Festival” organized in cooperation with Eskişehir Metropolitan Municipality, Turkish Athletics Federation and İkiyirmiüçEvent Organization brought together thousands of athletes and sports fans on the first day. The Sports Festival, which also included stands, sports events and concerts, was welcomed with great excitement.

Eskişehir Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Ayşe Ünlüce, Metropolitan Municipality Deputy Secretary General M. Recai Erdir, CHP Eskişehir MP Utku Çakırözer and many citizens attended the Sports Festival.

Mayor Ünlüce shared the festival enthusiasm by visiting the stands one by one. Citizens loved to be able to take pictures with the Mayor.

Thousands of athletes and sports fans of all ages flocked to the festival that started in the morning in Sazova Science, Culture and Art Park. The exercises performed at the Sports Festival, where stand activities were also organized throughout the day, attracted great interest. With the festival, Sazova Science, Culture and Art Park turned into a giant open-air sports field.

 “HIIT Workout, pilates, cardio kickboxing, fit step” exercises performed by expert trainers provided an unforgettable experience for the festival goers. 

One of the most colorful moments, The Children’s Run was a blast. In the run organized on the route determined within the Sazova Science, Culture and Art Park, the little ones performed successfully with the great support from their families in order to be ranked. Welcoming the children after the run, Mayor Ünlüce presented medals to the children.

Parent-child workshops and games organized at the stands and in the event area also attracted great interest.

While the athletes and sports fans were preparing to end the day with fun with the concert of Sahibinden band organized in the evening part of the day, the festival full of sports and entertainment was replaced by the excitement of ETİ Lifalif 5th International Eskişehir Half Marathon.

On the second day of the giant organization, “ETİ Lifalif 5th International Eskişehir Half Marathon and Sports Festival” will be held with the participation of more than 3000 athletes and sports fans. On Sunday, August 25, the 21K race will start at 08.00 and the 10K race will start at 08.15 at Sazova Science, Culture and Art Park.

The award ceremony of the race, which will reveal the beauties of the streets and streets of the city, especially the historical Odunpazarı region in Eskişehir city center, will take place at 10.30.
